Thank you for shopping with GirlGlowDIY. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for assistance with a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags, where applicable.
  • Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Please contact us before sending your return to obtain return instructions.

How to Request a Return

Email customerservice@girlglowdiy.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or exchange
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Our team will provide return instructions and the return address. Please include your order number on the outside of the return package.

Pack your items securely and use a tracked shipping service. GirlGlowDIY is not responsible for return packages damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns unrelated to a product defect or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the product description, GirlGlowDIY will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, please contact us for assistance. Returns are subject to the return conditions above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the product description, please email customerservice@girlglowdiy.com promptly with photos of:

  • The affected item
  • Any damaged packaging
  • The shipping label

Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide instructions and arrange the necessary return shipping. Eligible items must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.

After receiving the returned item, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.

Exchanges

To request an exchange for a different item or variant, email customerservice@girlglowdiy.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and confirm availability.
